This service is structured for projects that exceed standard engraving complexity and require extended setup, material testing, alignment control or production-level execution. Industrial and large-format work is billed hourly to accurately reflect the time, preparation and precision involved.

American Rustic Design provides fiber laser engraving for metal and select hard materials in the Reno / Sparks area, supporting professional, commercial and project-based needs.

When This Service Is Appropriate

Industrial & Large Project engraving is ideal for:

• Multi-item production runs
• Extended engraving time or deep multi-pass
• Tight tolerance alignment or fixture-based setup
• Large surface coverage engraving
• Repeatable serialized or batch marking (non-FFL related items at this time)
• Custom fabrication or integration projects

If your project requires significant setup, material validation, multiple test passes, or extended machine time, this service tier ensures the appropriate time and care are allocated.

How Hourly Billing Works

• Engraving time is billed in hourly increments (1 Hour Minimum) 
• The first hour or quoted time is required after booking 
• Additional time if needed, will be discussed and approved before continuation
• Setup, testing and engraving time are included in the hourly rate

This structure allows flexibility for complex or evolving projects while maintaining transparency and professionalism.
