    • All our products in the featured page are hand made or designed.
  • Can I customize my order?
    • Yes, we offer customization options for select items in the featured page. All customizable products will be labeled as personalize and have available personalized options to select. If desired options aren’t available, please contact us at info@shoprusticdesign.com to discuss other possible options.
  • How do I place an order?
    • You can place an order through our website by accessing our featured page and selecting your desired products, then adding to cart for checkout.
  • What are your shipping options and costs?

  • How can I track my order?
    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your shipment. If using Shop for check out - Your tracking info will be provided in the Shop App.
