Knife Sales Policy

Age Restrictions

• Customers must be 18 years or older (or the minimum legal age in their jurisdiction) to purchase knives from American Rustic Design.
• By purchasing, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and are complying with all applicable laws.

Legal Compliance

• It is the buyer’s responsibility to know and adhere to their local, state, and federal knife laws.
• American Rustic Design is not responsible for any legal consequences resulting from the purchase, possession, or use of our knives.

Shipping Restrictions

• We currently do not ship knives to locations where they are restricted or prohibited by law.
• International customers are responsible for understanding their country’s customs laws and import restrictions before ordering.

Liability Waiver

• Knives are dangerous tools and should be used responsibly.
• American Rustic Design assumes no responsibility for misuse, injury, or property damage resulting from knife purchases.
• The buyer assumes all risk associated with the use and handling of knives.

Returns & Refunds

• Due to safety and legal reasons, all knife sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on knives unless the product is defective upon arrival.
• If you receive a damaged or defective knife, contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
