Age Restrictions

Customers must be 18 years of age or older, or the minimum legal age required in their jurisdiction, to purchase knives from American Rustic Design.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet the legal age requirement and are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

American Rustic Design assumes no responsibility for any legal consequences resulting from a buyer’s failure to comply with applicable laws.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not ship knives to locations where they are restricted or prohibited by law.

International customers are responsible for understanding their country’s customs regulations, import restrictions, and duties prior to placing an order. Orders refused or seized by customs are not eligible for refund.

Liability Waiver

Knives are dangerous tools and must be used responsibly and with proper care.

American Rustic Design is not liable for any misuse, injury, loss, or property damage resulting from the purchase, possession, or use of these knives. The buyer assumes all risks associated with handling and use.

Returns & Refunds

Due to safety, legal, and hygiene considerations, all knife sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on knives.

If a knife arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
