*Please adjust the quantity in your cart before checkout to the desired amount of magazines being engraved. The amount of magazines engraved WILL reflect the amount selected at checkout, regardless of how many are sent in for engraving.

Design & Setup Fees

Because every project is different, setup time can vary depending on the artwork provided and the amount of preparation needed before engraving begins.

  • Custom Design + Setup: $75–$100 (Recommend requesting quote first)
    For customers needing a design created from scratch, logo recreation, layout adjustments, image cleanup, or custom artwork preparation before engraving.
  • Design File Ready + Setup: $50 
    For customers providing a clean, usable file that only requires sizing, positioning, and machine setup for engraving.
  • Simple Text Personalization: $15–$25
    For basic name additions, initials, dates, serial labels, or short text customization added to an existing design.
  • Repeat Orders with Existing Design: $25
    For returning orders using a previously completed design already set up in our system, requiring only minor adjustments and machine setup.

*Design File Ready + Setup: $50 - For customers providing a clean, usable design file that requires minimal editing—only sizing, positioning, and machine setup for engraving.

Preferred file types include DXF, SVG, AI, EPS, vector PDF, or high-resolution PNG.

Low-resolution images, screenshots, blurry logos, or files requiring cleanup or recreation may be subject to Custom Design + Setup pricing.
