Every custom build is reviewed by the maker before production begins to ensure balance, fit and finish meet our standards. If anything looks off we’ll reach out to confirm details before work starts.

Each knife is built with the same attention to detail found in every American Rustic Design piece — making it a meaningful gift, a collector’s addition or a dependable tool built to last.

• Your build selections are reviewed by the maker
• If needed, we’ll contact you to confirm details
• Your knife enters production
• Final inspection before shipping

Built by Hand — Not Assembly Line

Each knife is made by hand, not on an assembly line. While your knife will follow the selected style and options, natural variations in wood grain, composite materials and metal finishes are expected. This is part of what makes every knife truly one of a kind.
